Estas vacaciones, de camino a España, pasé unos cuantos días en Dubai. Una de las primeras cosas que quise hacer allí fue ver una puesta de sol en el desierto. Dicen que el desierto hay que verlo al amanecer, al medio día y al atardecer, pues la paleta cromática es totalmente diferente en las distintas horas del día. Creo que el atardecer en el desierto es uno de los espectáculos naturales más bonitos que Dubai puede ofrecer.
Ahora ya de vuelta a casa he encontrado este precioso reportaje en el nuevo número de la revista Rue y me ha vuelto a llevar mentalmente a aquel atardecer en el desierto. Los suaves colores de la arena y los tejidos naturales combinados con el intenso fucsia de los pétalos de rosa y los brillos elegantes de los adornos dorados componen una bella imagen de postal.
During my holidays and in my way to Spain I spent a few days visiting Dubai. One of the first things I wanted to do was to see a sunset in the desert. I heard that you must see the desert in the dawn, the mid-day and the sunset. The colour palette is different at any time of the day. I thought that the sunsets in the desert is one of the most beautiful natural attractions that Dubai can offer.
Now that I'm back again I found today this beautiful photo shot in the new issue of Rue magazine and made me travel back in time to my evening in the desert. The soft colours of the sand and natural fabrics combined with the bright fuchsia of the rose petals and the elegant golden details make a beautiful mix in the eye that speaks loud about the beauty of the desert.
