Hoy estrenamos un nuevo encuentro virtual entre editores de blogs de diferentes partes del mundo. ¿Quieres encontrarnos?
Con "Quedamos en..." iniciamos una serie de posts periódicos (uno al mes, más o menos) en la que un grupo de blogueros de España e Hispanoamérica recorreremos las diferentes estancias de una casa, dando cada uno nuestro singular punto de vista, reflejo de nuestros gustos, estilos, etc. Con esta acción conjunta pretendemos ofrecer una visión plural del mundo de la decoración. Hoy comenzamos con lo primero que vemos al llegar a una casa: el recibidor.
Los recibidores presentan la casa y conectan la vida interior con la vida exterior. Suele ser también el espacio más reducido de la casa, y por lo que su decoración puede presentar algunos retos espaciales. Para planificar la decoración del recibidor, enumera la lista de actividades que realizas antes de salir de casa y nada más volver a ella y comienza a decorar a partir de ahí.
- ¿Quitarte y ponerte los zapatos? Hazte con un asiento para la entrada y una alfombra
- ¿Coger y dejar el bolso y el abrigo? Un perchero quedará genial
- ¿Un último vistazo antes de salir de casa? Pon un espejo en la entrada

A new virtual meet-up series is starting today by blog editors from different parts of the world. Would you like to meet them?Today a group of bloggers agreed on starting all together a new series of posts called 'Meet me at...' (one per month, more or less). During this virtual meet-up we will go through different rooms, giving our personal perspective of each (accoding to our own style, choices, etc...). We try to offer different perspectives on a common design theme. Today we are starting with the first of the rooms at every home: the hallway.
Hallways introduce every house and connect the life outside the house with the life inside. They are usually the smaller room in the house, and its interior design can bring some challenges. To plan the right layout of your hallway and its decorative elements, you can write down a list of things that you normally do before leaving and after coming back home and start from there:
- Put on and take off your shoes? Get a stool and a rug
- Hang on the bag and jacket, coat, etc? Coat rack or clothes stand will look great
- A last quick look to yourself before going out? Find a mirror for the hallway
