ES | Este bellísimo duplex de cuatro dormitorios está situado en el interior de un antiguo almacén de 1905 situado en pleno Manhattan. Pertenece a una familia de cinco miembros, quieres adoraban la ubicación de su antiguo apartamento y por ello, cuando la family creció y necesito más espacio para todos sus miembros, en lugar de buscar una nueva casa, sus propietarios decidieron ampliarla comprando el apartamento arriba del suyo. El nuevo diseño se centró en crear un hogar ecológico y saludable para la familia. Cada pieza empotrada fue diseñada a medida y hecha a mano utilizando materiales ecológicos. Este bellísimo hogar familiar fue publicado este mes en la revista RUE y es hoy la casa de la semana en ChicDecó. EN | This beautiful four-bedrooms duplex is located in a 1095 warehouse building in Manhattan. It belongs to a family of five, who loved the location of their old apartment and when the family grew and needed some more space for all its members, instead of looking for a new home somewhere else they expanded their home upwards by purchasing the unit above their apartment. The new design was focused on creating a sustainable and health-conscious family home. Every piece in this house that's attached was custom designed and handmade using eco-friendly materials. This beautiful loft was featured by RUE MAGAZINE this month and is today 'the house of the week' in ChicDecó.
