ES | Llevo meses intentando elegir un PAPEL DECORATIVO para la pared del dormitorio de mi pequeño y aunque parece tarea sencilla, es imposible decidirme. Quizás hay demasiados para elegir, o quizás es simplemente que no encuentro ninguno que realmente le vaya a la habitación. Muchos papeles decorativos están llenos de colores intensos que recargan desmasiado el espacio; otros tienen diseños demasiado infantiles; otros son demasiado recargados.

En mi continua búsqueda del papel perfecto al final he llegado a la conclusión de que mi preferencia personal es utilizar un diseño en blanco y gris que añada interés a la pared sin añadir color. De esta manera podré añadir color después con textiles y complementos. Este tipo de papeles son discretos y permiten cambiar o actualizar la decoración de la habitación sin tener que cambiar el papel. Si el diseño no es muy infantil son además más atemporales y adecuados para todas las edades.

El diseño de la imagen de arriba, de ANTHROPOLOGIE, me encanta; además creo que los cuadros de  ANIMALES BEBÉS, de The Animal Print Shop, son el complemento perfecto para una pared vestida con este papel decorativo. Sin embargo, hoy quería compartir con vosotros otros papeles decorativos que también me gustaban bastante. Todos ellos son sencillos, escogidos para crear un ambiente bello pasando desapercibidos en cualquier habitación infantil.

EN | I've been looking for a beautiful WALLPAPER for my little one's bedroom for a while now and even though it might look like an easy task, I just can't make up my mind. Maybe be there are too many options in the market or maybe I haven't find a good one just yet. Many wallpapers have bright bold colours; many others have been designed for very little kids, which means I'll be changing the wallpaper in a few years; many others are just to busy and ugly.

I'm still searching but I think I have now a clearer idea of what would be the perfect wallpaper for my little one's bedroom: I love the ones with grey illustration on white backgrounds. They add interest to the wall but not colour. That way I can add colour after through textiles and accessories. This type of wallpaper are discreet and you can update or change the look of the bedroom without having to change the wallpaper. If the design is suitable for a wider range of ages they can stay on your wall longer.

I love the animal wallpaper by ANTHROPOLOGIE in the image above; and the BABY ANIMAL PHOTOGRAPHS, by the Animal Print Shop, look great on that wallpaper too. But today I wanted to share other great wallpapers that I also love. All are simple patterns, soft colours, designed to add interest to the wall without being notice.
